To ensure that the rental process is as easy as possible, we require certain information for our application. To help speed up this process, please have the following information handy when you fill out a rental application:

Holding Deposit Cheques
When applying for an apartment we require payment of a holding deposit equal to half of the monthly rent. There is no charge to process your application, and the deposit cheque will not be deposited until you have been approved. Once you are approved, all other applications are disregarded and this holding deposit is held until the lease is signed. After the lease is signed, the holding deposit becomes the damage deposit. 

Employment Verification
Please have the name and telephone number of your employer so we can call for a reference.

Landlord Reference
Please have the name and telephone number of your landlord so we can call for a reference.

Credit Check
We will need to perform a credit check, which requires your complete mailing address and additional personal information. If requested, you can receive a copy for your records. 

Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP)
We offer our residents the convenience of paying monthly rent by Pre-Authorized Payments. To set up P.A.P, a void cheque is required.

Processing Times
Completed applications can be approved in 1 - 2 business days.  Time will depend on the accuracy of the information provided.
